Home Cooked Food

We provide home-cooked food to all our tenants. This is due to the fact that it is healthier than food from caterers.

Dining and Sitting room

We have provided a Sitting and Dining Room for our tenants.
This also doubles as a Common Room for them.

TV with Tata sky

We have provided a TV with a Tata Sky Connection, that the tenants can and usually do use to watch whatever they like.

Kitchen

A Kitchen with all the needed facilities for cooking meals has been provided. this includes an LPG Cylinder and utensils.

Refrigerator

We have provided a Refrigerator to store edible items.
Tenants need to be aware that anything stored in it is their responsibility.

24/7 Power and Water

We have power backup by using a power generator.
In case of a water supply failure, water tankers are available that we use when needed.

Shopping

We are situated a short 5-minute walk away from the famous South Extension Part 2 Market, which has many famous Showrooms and Shops

Next to AIIMS

We are situated very near to AIIMS, a world-famous hospital. A Metro Station from there also puts us 40 minutes away from Gurgaon.
